Most NFL fans probably forgot about Jacksonville Jaguars wide receiver Calvin Ridley.
Ridley entered last season as a member of the Atlanta Falcons but was suspended the entire year for violating the gambling policy.
During the season, the Jaguars made a bold move to trade for Ridley from Atlanta.
Today, that move is looking like a steal for Jacksonville.
The NFL announced that Ridley has been fully reinstated, and can begin participating in all team activities.

Ridley has not played in over a year and a half, but the last time we saw him fully healthy he was elite.
In 2020, Ridley caught 90 passes for 1,374 yards and nine touchdowns.
Many fans are excited to see how the Jaguars’ offense plays in 2023.

Ridley joins a pass-catching group with Christian Kirk, Evan Engram, and Zay Jones.
Also, Jacksonville made the AFC Divisional round without him.
He could be a reason they get over the top next year.

Ridley will also be entering a contract year in Jacksonville.
He should be plenty motivated to play well and get a massive deal after missing out on all that money last year.
When looking across the landscape in the AFC, it is hard to not see the Jags as a contender.
But, the conference is loaded with good quarterbacks and teams.
Any of the Chiefs, Bengals, Bills, or Jags could make a run.
Adding Ridley to this offense is massive for the Jags and something that could help push them over the top.
