The Indianapolis Colts are set to look vastly different in 2023 than they did in 2022.

For starters, they will have a new head coach, which is bound to cause a ripple effect in the team’s play style.

The Colts have also been rumored to move away from Matt Ryan at quarterback, and potentially turn to a rookie.

If that happens, the Colts have made a recent move to get a new quarterback acclimated to their system.

Tom Pelissero of NFL Network revealed the team is bringing on a new quarterbacks coach.

The #Colts are hiring Cam Turner as their quarterbacks coach, per source. Turner was in Arizona with Kliff Kingsbury the past four seasons, including two as QB coach/co-pass game coordinator. He worked with Cam Newton in Carolina and Kyler Murray in AZ, and now heads to Indy.

Cam Turner has been a coach in the NFL for ten seasons.

He has been responsible for the development of quarterbacks such as Kyler Murray and Cam Newton and could play a vital role for the Colts.

Last year, the Colts missed the playoffs, their second consecutive season of falling short of the postseason.

With any luck, Turner will be able to assist Shane Steichen in the hopes of rebuilding this roster.

Barring a trade, the Colts hold the fourth overall pick.

While there has been much discourse surrounding this pick, many believe that the Colts will draft a quarterback.

The only question, is who will be available at the fourth spot?

Many have speculated that there are teams that will be willing to trade into the first three spots of the draft to take a quarterback.

C.J. Stroud and Bryce Young are said to be the two best contributors of this class.

Will either of them make it to the Colts?
