Josh Allen has become a superstar for the Buffalo Bills.
He’s one of the top-tier quarterbacks in the National Football League, a millionaire, and one of the most renowned athletes in the United States.
But regardless of his new-found success, he’s still a human being just like the rest of us, meaning he also grew up idolizing some fellow athletes.
That became evident on Sunday, as he was starstruck by meeting golf legend Tiger Woods, who was making his PGA Tour return at the Riviera Country Club for the Genesis Invitational tournament:
“Little star-struck, obviously,” Allen said. “He’s one of the only athletes ever, him and Kobe (Bryant) are the two guys that I actually felt my heart beat faster…when he’s standing over a putt for a tournament. I legit felt the pressure with him. That was pretty cool, never forget it. I’m kinda speechless.”

Allen admitted to being completely speechless, stating that his heart beat faster when he got to know the golfing legend, comparing it to the time he met the late great Kobe Bryant.
Tiger Woods is one of the most respected, beloved, and idolized athletes of all time, so this doesn’t come as a surprise.
Notably, Allen is a huge golf fan as well, even teaming up with Patrick Mahomes to face Aaron Rodgers and Tom Brady last season.
Now, he must focus on getting back to full strength after finishing the season with an elbow injury.
The Bills are facing a key offseason, and they might be forced to make several salary-dumping moves, which could hurt their competitiveness in the stacked AFC, especially in a division that’s only getting stronger.
Winning a Super Bowl with the Bills would take Allen to legend status, so maybe he’d get to hang out with Tiger way more often in the future.
