Fans React To Tua Tagovailoa’s Trademark Filing

It took him a while, but eventually, Tua Tagovailoa won the heart of Miami Dolphins fans.

The Alabama product didn’t get off to the best start to his career, and the team even tried to pursue Tom Brady out of retirement in the offseason.

Some believed that Tua was never gonna turn out to be as good as he looked in his college days, and that major hip injury was a big concern.

Then, Mike McDaniel brought out the best of him, the team surrounded him with elite speedsters, and he played like an actual MVP candidate for the better part of the campaign.

So, it’s not a surprise to see that the young lefty wants to make the most of his new-found success and capitalize on it right now.

That’s why he reportedly filed a trademark for his own name, as he intends to release a football-related brand quite soon, according to trademark attorney Josh Gerben.

Tua Tagovailoa has filed a trademark application for his own name.

The filing indicates that the Miami Dolphins QB plans to launch a TUA TAGOVAILOA-brand of:

1. Clothing
2. Footballs
3. Under-eye grease

Needless to say, several Dolphins and Crimson Tide fans were quite excited to hear the news, so it seems like he won’t find any sort of trouble selling his products once his brand is ready to drop.

Tua and the Dolphins are coming off an impressive year offensively, and they could’ve even gotten further in the playoffs if he was healthy.

Hopefully, they’ll prioritize revamping the offensive line to keep him safe after enduring such a critical beating last season, as it seems like he was a hit away from cutting his career short.
