Bills DC Has Made A Decision On His Coaching Future

The Buffalo Bills have established themselves as one of the best teams in the AFC.

With the help of Josh Allen, their offense has proven that they can hang with the juggernauts of their conference.

Their defense was successful during the 2022 season as well, due to many playmakers stepping up in the biggest moments.

However, heading into 2023, the Bills will be without one of their defensive leaders.

For reasons that have yet to be announced, Leslie Frazier will be stepping away from the Bills for the 2023 season.

He has declared that he will be back in 2024, which bodes well for the organization.

Frazier has been the Bills’ defensive coordinator since 2017, a time in which the Bills have turned their franchise around.

While Allen has certainly played his part, their defense has been a trouble spot for many opposing teams.

With this announcement, the Bills will have the decision to make for the 2023 season.

They could leave Frazier’s spot up to an interim coach, paving a way for Frazier to resume his role in 2024.

The team could also decide to hire someone completely new at the position, which would put Frazier entirely out of a job.

Whatever direction the Bills decide to go in will hold massive ramifications for their defense.

The 2023 season will be the first time in seven years that they will have to worry about a major defensive coaching change.

Ultimately, this decision is up to the front office.

Frazier has been a great addition to this coaching staff, and his future with the organization is now up for grabs.
