Cardinals WR Calls Out His Teammate Over Kyler Murray Criticism

Things aren’t going all that well for the Arizona Cardinals.

Yes, they finally moved on from Kliff Kingsbury, and their defense should be much better with Jonathan Gannon at the helm.

But it seems like there’s a weird dynamic going on in their locker room and front office, and not many people seem to be that high on Kyler Murray.

Recently offensive lineman Kelvin Beachum claimed that Murray has all the traits he needs to become an NFL superstar, but he thinks he’s failed as a leader and needs to grow up a little.

While that’s pretty much what a lot of people have said of Murray — including some unnamed sources from within the front office — it’s kind of odd to see that coming from a teammate.

That’s why WR Marquise ‘Hollywood’ Brown took offense to those actions, taking to Twitter to let Beachum know that those things should be handled internally.

Ironically, Brown’s tweets will only stir the pot and fuel more controversy in the locker room, but it needed to be said.

Beachum could be right about Murray.

He wouldn’t be the first teammate to call him out publicly, so there should be some truth to it, and Murray may not always rub his teammates the right way.

But whatever the case, he’s still their teammate, and those things should be handled behind closed doors, not on a podcast.

Murray’s work ethic has been doubted heavily enough and long enough, and this won’t do anybody any favors.
