The Tennessee Titans have been full of roster moves on Wednesday.
They entered the day close to $25 million over the salary cap but now find themselves with room to operate.
With the offseason finally underway, we will see more and more teams try to create cap space before free agency.
The most recent move the Titans made was releasing linebacker Zach Cunningham.
His release gave the Titans a total of $38 million in salary cap space.
Tennessee has now made Zach Cunningham’s release official with a failed physical designation.
With four moves today, the #Titans have cleared nearly $38 million in salary cap space and $42.221 million in cash off the 2023 books. https://t.co/NyNhlRp44Y

The three other players they let go of were Taylor Lewan, Robert Woods, and Randy Bullock.
Each of these guys started for the Titans when they were healthy, so Tennessee will have to fill their spots.
The Titans have a new General Manager in Ran Carthon.
He is not shy about making moves that can benefit the team.
It will be interesting to see what the Titans decide to do with this extra cap space.
There is no question they lack playmakers on offense, so adding a few weapons should be a priority.
Also, they need to decide what to do with quarterback Ryan Tannehill.
He will be 35 at the start of next season and seems to be slowing down.
It might make sense for the Titans to move Tannehill and start the rebuilding process.
Either way, after a disappointing 7-10 season, it might be time for the Titans to make some wholesale changes.
They have quarterback Malik Willis waiting in the wings, and finding out what he can do for a full season would be smart.
Expect many more moves from the Titans this as we progress through the offseason.
