The Los Angeles Chargers have a fairly talented roster, but they also have some holes to fill, as they’re coming off an epically embarrassing playoff appearance.
After overcoming a flurry of injuries to finish 10-7, they blew a 27-0 first-half lead and lost on a last-second field goal to the Jacksonville Jaguars.
The Chargers are preparing for April’s NFL Draft, and they posted a tweet that summed up how fans are feeling right now.

They will have the 21st overall pick in the first round of the draft, as well as one pick each in rounds two through seven.
The team has concerns and deficiencies at multiple positions, and they could use an upgrade or two on the offensive line, as well as a legitimate speed threat at wide receiver and perhaps another piece on defense.
Otherwise, Los Angeles looks rock solid in many ways.
In Justin Herbert, they have one of the league’s best quarterbacks, as well as one who is a gamer and will make big plays under pressure, as well as two good wide receivers in Mike Williams and Keenan Allen, plus a potent dual-threat running back in Austin Ekeler.
Last offseason, executive Tom Telesco spared no expense in upgrading his defense, as he acquired Pro Bowl cornerback J.C. Jackson, pass rusher Khalil Mack, and defensive tackles Sebastian Joseph-Day and Austin Johnson.
While Mack had a nice season that resulted in his seventh Pro Bowl selection, Jackson was a disappointment, and he played in just five games due to injury.
After all these years, Chargers fans across Southern California are still waiting for the franchise’s first Super Bowl championship, and the organization must be aggressive once again this offseason in order to make that a reality.
