Lamar Jackson’s status with the Baltimore Ravens has continued to be an evolving storyline.
While Jackson and the Ravens have been in negotiations over a new contract for over a year, they haven’t agreed to this point.
This has caused fans of many teams to publically recruit, including a notable former member of the New Orleans Saints.

Reggie Bush is just one of countless Saints fans to make a public plea for Jackson.
The Saints don’t have a viable quarterback on the roster, as they have made it clear that Jameis Winston is not their quarterback for the foreseeable future.
Jackson could be a great fit for this team, considering the number of weapons that he would have on the offense.
Despite a poor quarterback situation in 2022, Chris Olave had an impressive rookie season and could benefit from a player like Jackson.
Alvin Kamara’s legal situation is still up in the air.
If he can play next year, adding Jackson would only bolster their run game.
Having a dual threat like Jackson makes it tough on opposing defenses, considering he can take off at any moment, but also possess great arm talent.
While it can be great for Saints fans like Bush to dream about Jackson, the Ravens could still franchise-tag him.
If that happens, Jackson will be a member of the Ravens for one more season, leaving him untouchable until the 2024 off-season.
The next few months should be eventful for the quarterback market, and Jackson is just another domino that has yet to fall.
