Former NFL All-Pro Will Be Starring In A New Movie

Not so long ago, Vernon Davis was wreaking havoc in the National Football League.

He was a hard-working guy who never stopped grinding and working on his craft, becoming one of the most reliable pass-catching TEs.

Davis played for the San Francisco 49ers, Denver Broncos, and Washington Redskins (now Commanders).

He played for 14 years and hauled in 583 receptions for 7,562 yards and 63 touchdowns.

However, it seems like his true passion didn’t have anything to do with football or sports, for that matter.

Apparently, Davis has taken that same restless work ethic and mindset to pursue a new career path, and that attitude has taken him all the way to the top.

The former NFL All-Pro is set to star in a movie alongside Morgan Freeman, of all people, playing a serial killer in ‘The Ritual Killer.’

He used to take acting classes as a hobby in the offseason, but a professional like him just cannot give 110% in every little endeavor he decides to partake in.

Davis walked away from the NFL after the 2019 campaign, but he hasn’t had much time to himself thus far.

He’s made six appearances in movies and four in TV shows, and he’s reportedly working on two more films in pre-production and four in post-production.

Among his most famous co-stars, Davis has already shared the Big Screen with the likes of John Malkovich, Luke Wilson, and Bruce Willis.

Now, he can add Freeman to that growing list, and we can’t wait to see what other role he’ll have in the future.
