The NFL combine is underway.

This is a great event for NFL franchises to not only watch their potential draft picks perform in person, but also for interviews.

Teams can get an idea of the personality that they might add to their locker room, especially for players taken in the first round.

The New York Giants have interviewed BJ Ojulari, who has been projected to be a top pick.

After this interview, Ojulari commented that his conversation with the Giants “went well.”

“If I end up with him, it’s going to be a blessing to play with my brother [Azeez] again”

Ojulari’s brother, Azeez, was drafted by the Giants in the second round of the 2021 draft.

When looking ahead to the Giants’ draft in April, they are currently slated to pick 25th overall.

Will they add Ojulari to play alongside his brother?

Defensive end is a position that is highly coveted across the league.

As evidenced by the Philadelphia Eagles’ 2022 season, having an abundance of strong players on the defensive line is crucial.

The Eagles had four players with over ten sacks last season, which was an NFL record.

Should the Giants take BJ as a complementary player to Azeez and Kayvon Thibodeaux, the Giants would get that much deeper at the position.

The Giants do still have a few decisions to make, namely, the status of Daniel Jones.

Jones hasn’t signed a contract extension yet and has been rumored as having the potential to be franchise tagged.

If this happens, the Giants get Jones at an extreme discount, putting them in a much better position to sign more marquee free agents.
