Long behind are the dark days of Urban Meyer in charge of the Jacksonville Jaguars.

While short-lived, his time leading the team made most people think it would take years before they were able to develop some sort of winning culture.

Fortunately, they brought just the perfect guy for the job, as Doug Pederson came with plenty of experience and did more than enough to straighten the ship.

But as positive as the season was for the Jaguars on the field, it seems like things weren’t that good away from it.

As a matter of fact, a recent report by the NFL Players Association revealed that the players had to deal with a rat infestation in the locker room and laundry hampers for nearly a month last season.

The #Jaguars locker room was infested with rats during the 2022 season.

Jags players gave the TIAA Bank Field a D- grade in which team president Mark Lamping admitted wasn’t a surprise.

However, he did promise the players that things will get a lot better next season when they take their talents to their new practice facility, Miller Electric Center.

This new facility, which cost around $120 million, will be the new home of the entire football staff and players, hoping it will boost team morale after some tough times in their current premises.

Jaguars players gave the team a D- grade for the training room, a D+ for the weight room, and an F for their treatment of family, so their Human Resources team will have a lot of work to do.

This team managed to win a divisional title despite a rat infestation, so just imagine what they could do if treated properly.
