The Arizona Cardinals need to make some personnel changes this offseason.

One of the big moves that has been floated around is possibly trading wide receiver, DeAndre Hopkins.

Hopkins has been one of the best receivers in the NFL throughout his career.

Over his ten-year career, Hopkins has made five pro-bowl and three all-pro teams.

But, at one point Hopkins had the option to choose whether or not he wanted to be traded.

That is now gone.

Due to his six-game suspension last year for PED use, Hopkins’ no-trade clause has been waived.

Update: The no-trade clause on #Cardinals All-Pro WR DeAndre Hopkins contract has voided due to his 6-game PED suspension last year, per @corryjoel of CBS Sports.

He will be highly sought after by many wide receiver-needy teams this offseason.

Despite entering his age 31 season, Hopkins can still play at a high level.

He has 64 receptions for 717 yards in only nine games last season, and that was playing with two different quarterbacks.

Among the teams that should be interested in Hopkins are the Baltimore Ravens, Dallas Cowboys, and Chicago Bears.

Baltimore needs to give quarterback Lamar Jackson more weapons to work with.

But, the impending Jackson contract could make acquiring Hopkins tricky.

For the Cowboys, they should be all-in on Hopkins.

Adding another star wide receiver can give them the boost they need to make a deep playoff run.

Other than CeeDee Lamb, the Cowboys do not have anyone that scares opposing defenses.

They should be looking to add another star via trade this offseason.

Lastly, the Chicago Bears have a young quarterback in place, who needs a true number-one wide receiver.

Justin Fields and Hopkins could become a great duo and one the Bears need to try and give their young QB.

If the Cardinals are going to commit to this rebuild, then Hopkins should be on his way out.
