Cooper Kupp Is Already Trying To Recruit A Former Teammate

The Los Angeles Rams should be looking to improve their roster for another Super Bowl push.

After a disappointing 2022 season that saw them finish 5-12, the Rams are looking to bounce back.

One of the main issues for their dreadful season was injuries.

They lost their two best offensive players Matthew Stafford and Cooper Kupp for an extended period.

Also, their defense failed to live up to the lofty standards it had set during their Super Bowl run.

One player that the Rams seemed to miss in their offense was wide receiver, Robert Woods.

After being a part of their Super Bowl team in 2021, Woods was traded to the Tennessee Titans before last season.

Then after a down season in Tennessee, Woods was released by the Titans and is a free agent.

One player, in particular, would love to have Woods as his teammate again, and that is Cooper Kupp.

Woods had some of the best seasons of his career when he was with the Rams.

Including back-to-back 1,100+ yard seasons in 2018 and 2019.

Also, the Rams need a wide receiver.

Other than Kupp, there is a bunch of uncertainty on their depth chart.

It would make sense for the Rams to try and sign a veteran player that can help out.

Woods will be 31 years old next season, but there is no reason to believe he is finished.

LA has almost no draft capital, so they need to be smart with how they improve their team this offseason.

It would make the most sense that they go back to a player whom they have a positive history with.
