Broncos WR Posts Cryptic Tweet Amid Rumors

The Denver Broncos are undergoing a regime change this offseason.

After a failed 2022 season behind head coach Nathaniel Hackett, the Broncos went out and got an established coach.

Former New Orleans Saints head coach Sean Payton will now be the lead man in Denver.

He is tasked with the job of reviving the Broncos’ offense and saving the career of quarterback Russell Wilson.

But, one player in their offense who might not want to be in Denver is wide receiver Courtland Sutton.

The former pro-bowl wide receiver posted a cryptic tweet recently.

I just want to be where I’m wanted and appreciated.

It is hard to not look at this tweet and see Sutton as unhappy in Denver.

There was a recent report that said the Broncos were shopping their number-one wide receiver.

This could be a reason for the tweet.

Sutton is coming off a down season where he caught 64 passes for 829 yards and two touchdowns.

But, a lot of that had to do with the aforementioned poor play of Wilson.

It would be foolish for the Broncos to move off their top wide receiver.

To optimize the play of Wilson, he will need good players to throw to.

So it will be interesting if the Broncos can repair the relationship with Sutton.

He will have to be counted on for big plays next year, and his size makes him a big play threat.

Keep an eye on what the Broncos decide to do with Sutton over the offseason.
