Over the past couple of years, former Indianapolis Colts punter Pat McAfee has become a prominent figure in NFL media.
The Pat McAfee Show has been a massive hit, with weekly Aaron Rodgers appearances and some inside scoops on what’s going on around the league.
McAfee’s larger-than-life persona has also done plenty to help his following grow, as he has never minced his words about anything, including Brett Favre’s scandal.
Pat went at the former QB after allegedly stealing millions from a welfare fund in Mississippi, which led to Favre filing a defamation lawsuit against him.
But that didn’t stop there; now Favre’s attorney has openly threatened McAfee, calling him out and stating that he’s going to take millions of dollars away from him and lead to bankruptcy:
“It’s going to cost Pat McAfee millions of dollars and if it bankrupts him then he will have learned his lesson about you don’t try to promote yourself by inappropriately and improperly attacking someone else.” – Eric Herschmann, Brett Favre’s attorney pic.twitter.com/H7ufnyg8UB

Perhaps his attorney should focus on getting Favre out of this mess instead.
The legendary quarterback has not yet been criminally charged for all the fraudulent spending despite some texts incriminating him and proving he pushed several state officials to fund a new volleyball facility at the University of Southern Mississippi while his daughter was a part of the team.
The University’s athletic department received $5 million in Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) funds, and Favre himself reportedly got over a million in TANF money to make speeches he never made.
