The Cowboys Have Announced Their Full Coaching Staff

The Dallas Cowboys have made plenty of changes to their coaching staff for 2023.

The big move was agreeing to part ways with offensive coordinator Kellen Moore, but they made plenty of others as well.

It seems like 2023 will be a make-or-break year for head coach Mike McCarthy.

Even though he has won 12 games each of the past two seasons, the Cowboys only have one playoff win in that timeframe.

McCarthy was bright to Dallas to win a Super Bowl, and he must make strides toward that this season.

The offensive staff has been built by McCarthy and how he wants to run the offense.

He will be taking over play-calling duties for the Cowboys this year, and the offensive success will be on his shoulders.

McCarthy hired former Seattle Seahawks OC Brian Schottenheimer to the same position in Dallas.

Luckily for the Cowboys, they were able to retain defensive coordinator Dan Quinn.

Quinn has revamped the Dallas defense in his first two years and turned them into one of the best in the league.

Here is the rest of the Dallas coaching staff.

There seem to be a few new names, like former NFL player Sharrif Floyd taking over as assistant DL coach.

Also, Mike Solari is a new coach in Dallas as he takes over the offensive line.

But, it seems like the Cowboys promoted from within when it comes to quarterback coach and running backs coach.

The 2023 season will be huge for McCarthy and his rebuilt staff.

Anything short of an NFC Championship game appearance will be a disappointment.
