Fans React To Today’s Los Angeles Rams News

The Los Angeles Rams are back in the news after they made a surprising move.

After an All-Pro season for linebacker Bobby Wagner, he and the Rams have agreed to part ways.

This was not a move many people could have seen coming.

But, Wagner is owed a lot of money next season, and the Rams need the cap space.

Even though he is still an elite middle linebacker, he is entering his age-33 season.

Wagner agreed this move was best for him because he wanted to play somewhere he could win.

That is something he did not see happening in LA in 2023.

Many fans around the league are already imploring their teams to go after Wagner on the open market.

It would make sense that Wagner consider the Seahawks after spending the first 10 years of his career there.

Also, a team that showed interest in him when he was a free agent last season was the Dallas Cowboys.

Wagner could reunite with his old defensive coordinator in Dan Quinn, and help one of the better teams in the league.

He is still an elite player, especially by Pro Football Focus standards.

The future Hall of Famer has plenty left in the tank and will be able to pick many different places to play.

Any type of short-term deal with a high AAV (average annual value) should get the job done.

He now enters a free-agent market that is loaded with impact players.
